I had a fantastic stay at Residenza Dutzu - Aparthotel. The communication from the owner was excellent and the self-check-in process was a breeze. The room was well-equipped, with a separate kitchen and a comfortable bed. I loved the location in the historic center and the proximity to the castle. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The parking facility nearby was convenient, although a bit costly. I had a pleasant experience during my one-night stay.
One small drawback was that the apartment was on the first floor and the street-facing window made it a bit noisy. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak, which was a bit inconvenient.

Mind-blowing communication, jaw-dropping self-check-in, super well-equipped kitchen, wow-worthy cleanliness, and a flawless host with top-notch English. The location is great, with easy access to the square and bus depot. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV were icing on the cake. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job, and the landlady provided helpful tips. Definitely coming back!

The units are equipped with everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals.
Personally, I found that the inclusion of an electric kettle in one of the apartments was not necessary for my needs. However, others may find it convenient.

Great stay! the apartment was beautifully decorated and had a lovely street view, giving it an old town atmosphere. the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the modern kitchen space with a small dining table, perfect for a couple. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the square and bus depot. Plus, having a helpful shop owner downstairs to assist with any questions was a nice touch.
The lack of an elevator, which could be an issue for some guests. there were a few dirty items packed away in the cupboards, which was a little disappointing.

The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city. We had no trouble finding parking nearby, and the old Jewish quarter was full of character. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a coin laundry next door. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly, and communication was top-notch. The shower was fantastic, and the terrace was a neat and cozy addition. The self-check-in process was super convenient, and the room itself was well-equipped, with a separate kitchen area. We had a great time exploring the city, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. our stay was a huge success, with only a few minor disappointments.

I recently stayed at Residenza Dutzu - Aparthotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, just as it appeared in the pictures. The street view added to the charm of the old town atmosphere. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The modern kitchen space and small dining table were perfect for a couple. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the castle and situated in the historic center. Additionally, the self check-in process was convenient, and we were even allowed to check-in a few hours earlier than usual.
I can just recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in the heart of the historic center. the room was impeccably clean and the cleaning lady came three times a week to maintain its cleanliness. the landlady was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with information about the city, restaurants, and grocery shops. I stayed here for a month and if I ever visit Leiria again, I would definitely choose to stay at Residenza Dutzu - Aparthotel. the central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore everything the town had to offer. the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate kitchen and a small terrace. I had a great stay thanks to the helpful staff and convenient amenities. Cons: Nothing to mention. 😊.
